Adrian von Ziegler: Wanderer

As I announced in the last note during my absence (04.07-14.07) you will receive either notes about discography of Adrian Von Ziegler or History written by Sabaton. Today I will be talking about album that was proudly published in October 2011 – Wanderer.

This album is made from three long tales. I can hear an old globetroter, who says his story to brood around him. Flames spring silently in the fireplace, he takes deep sip from an earthenware mug and keeps telling the story. It is ballade sung by oaks in the deep forest. Lay about elves, their usual, peacfull day. Begging early in the morning, ending in the depths of night. It brings us back to the magical thickets and groves, that existed since ever and will continue their life into the eternity. The trees that have knowledge of thousand years, spoken by many human generations. That are silent witnesses of past, current and future history.

All three titles that make this unique and great album are listed below:

  1. Morning Dew (21:02)
  2. Evening Breeze (20:54 )
  3.   Night Mist (20:11)

Total length: 1:02:07

You can hear all of them and purchase on the official web page of Adrian von Ziegler. And here comes one special track that I have carefully chosen for you to represent the style of Adrians music included in the Wanderer album. Enjoy!
